We work harder to make your life easier!
The right Kansas City Real Estate Group makes buying or selling a home a smoother and more enjoyable experience. You're busy, we understand that. Our business centers around taking care of the details with the highest level of service.
Knowledge of the area, the process, and negotiating in a friendly, calm, professional manner makes the difference. Combine this with the use of the latest real estate marketing techniques, and you understand why our clients enjoy doing business with us. To sell a home today, it takes more than a yard sign and luck.
If you're thinking about real estate in Kansas City and Johnson County including Leawood, Overland Park, Olathe, Prairie Village, Westwood, Shawnee, Lenexa, or Stilwell, call us. You'll see why we sell more homes in a good month than most agents sell in a year. It is no accident that we recently ranked among the top leaders in a five state region. It simply comes down to hard work, knowledge and service.
If you are thinking about real estate, call us at 913-871-4148. No Hassle, No Sales Pitch...
Education Philosophy: We embrace change, whether it is life, the market, laws and/or regulations, my group believes to stay abreast of these changes requires continous education. The state license law requires 3-4 classes a year. To be a member of The Kornspan Group requires at least 12 classes per year. Providing the best service to our clients demands that we are on top of change.
Licensed Real Estate Broker in Kansas and Missouri
![]()
A brokers license, versus a standard Real Estate Sales License, legally qualifies you to own and operate your own real estate company and/or manage a real estate office. To achieve this designation requires a more in depth knowledge of a state's real estate laws and regulations, along with a minimum experience requirement. A very small percentage of the thousands of local licensed Realtors® can even meet the experience requirements to qualify for a broker's license.
Accredited Buyer Representative, ABR® Designation
Is a Real Estate Agent really looking out for the best interests of the buyer? An ABR® designation, requires a significant education investment to understand the complexities of buyer representation, confidentiality, and the negotiating techniques to buy the home a client wants at the right price. Negotiating the purchase of a home is not like negotiating a lamp at a garage sale. The key is to determine the most important points to all parties. They are not always price. Less than one percent of all agents nationwide have met the requirements for this designation.
e-PRO® Designation
An e-PRO® designee has successfully completed the e-PRO® training program. Endorsed by the National Association of REALTORS®, the e-PRO® course teaches professionals the finer points of working with real estate on-line: web sites, email, on-line tools, and most of all, what today's consumer really wants, sifting through the vast amount of data on the internet to provide clients with concise useful information. Today, technology has become a necessity and an e-PRO® recognizes and responds to the needs of the new consumer. Only the top 1% of all Realtors in the United States with an e-Pro® certification.
Seniors Real Estate Specialist, SRES® Designation ![]()
The SRES® designee has completed extensive education on topics such as; tax laws, probate, estate planning, equity
conversion strategies, and offers relevant information on current market trends as well as valuable resources regarding real estate transactions. The mission of the SRES® Council is to provide quality training and tools necessary to position the SRES® Designee as the trusted real estate resource for the 50+ market. Currently, less then 1% of all realtors are qualified SRES® Designees.

On a personal note, my wife Carina, 2 daughters and I can be found in the Blue Valley Schools, GW University, Johnson County Community College, KU Edwards, Philharmonia of Greater KC, and the Kansas City Youth Symphony to name a few activities.
Any free time is spent in activities such as motorcycling, golf, hiking, biking, scuba diving, traveling, theater, concerts, jazz and art shows.
